By entering the free prize draw it is assumed you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.This free prize draw is open to those over the age of 18, worldwide.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, become a subsciber to Frackulous on YouTube by clicking the like subscribe button on http://www.youtube.com/frackulous.
3. Ten winners will be drawn randomly from YouTube subscribers at 12:00 GMT 30/08/2010. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the prize winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion).
4.The prize is one copy of CoPilot software per winner. The winner must specify whether they require the iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows Mobile version. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
5. The draw is not open to anyone associated with the promoter, either employees, families or agents. This includes employees of Fixation Video Ltd.
6. Entries made using automated competition entry systems or similar are not allowed. If the promoter believes such a system has been used it reserves the right to disqualify these entries.
7. The promoter will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner.
8. The promoter will post the prize within 28 days of successfully contacting the winner.
