Pig hating Windows Phone 7 users rejoice! Angry Birds has finally made the leap to your phone platform of choice. If you’ve been living under a pile of wood, stone and glass bricks and missed Angry Birds entirely the premise is pretty simple. The pigs have stolen the bird’s eggs and hidden themselves in fairly flimsy structures. Your job is to twang birds at the pigs in a series of levels of ever increasingly difficulty. The Windows Phone 7 version plays exactly like the original iPhone version, so gameplay wise it’s everything you’d expect and it hooks into Xbox Live so you can show off your achievements. The big difference between the platforms is the price – just 59p on iPhone and free with ads on Android has become £2.49 on Windows Phone 7. You can try out 21 levels for free, but if you earn any achievements you have to buy the full version just to enjoy them. If it wasn’t so much cheaper on others phones it would feel less of a swizz, but it does the job and will keep you entertained for a full 195 levels.
